The Digital Roots approach starts with the collection of user-generated content. Social posts are collected from forums, websites and various social platforms’ APIs (such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) where relevant conversations are happening around your brand.
Our Social AI technology is then applied to all the collected social posts to automatically identify and qualify key information from the posts. Before the social posts ever reach a user, our system will identify how relevant it is to your brand and determine what type of action is required.
The identification process also identifies social posts that are irrelevant to your brand or spam in nature. Those posts are automatically excluded from the system before ever reaching a user. This process strategically decreases the volume of posts and increases the quality of posts presented to the user.
Information validated with our Social AI tells our system which stream to automatically route social posts to within the software. Posts tagged as a complaint for example would be routed to a customer service stream within the dashboard.
