Our Social AI technology is then applied to all the collected social posts to automatically identify and qualify key information from the posts. Before the social posts ever reach a user, our system will identify how relevant it is to your brand and determine what type of action is required.

The identification process also identifies social posts that are irrelevant to your brand or spam in nature. Those posts are automatically excluded from the system before ever reaching a user.
